Three or four education professionals per country are participating in 2 Master Trainer workshops and in the production of regional training curricula for these 3 countries. After the workshops, the teams are returning home to develop ICT training programs that are linguistically and culturally adapted for each country. After completing the Pilot project, the Master Trainer teams are conducting training workshops for teachers in 2002 and 2003 as part of the Eastern Europe program for Schools Online. These workshops will provide professional development for Schools Online program participants and others interested in the issues of integrating ICT into the classroom.
