Goals: Provide targeted Namibian secondary schools with basic Internet literacy, build the capacity of Namibian teachers to integrate ICT into classroom strategies, distribute information and resource materials relevant to school networking, and develop and facilitate effective channels for communication & information sharing among participating schools.

School Net Namibia is providing more than 300 schools with access to the Internet over the next 4 years, including 75 schools in 2001. School Net has already equipped 93 educational institutions with Internet access, and some 300 learners and educators have received training at 33 training centers. A GCF grant to WorldTeach will help provide this training.
